Terms of Service

Thank you for considering me as your photographer.

My goal is to make the experience simple, transparent and enjoyable—from the moment you book until your gallery is delivered. These terms help us both know what to expect throughout the process.

Booking

A €100 booking fee is required to reserve your session date.

Your booking is confirmed once the booking fee has been received.

The remaining balance is due immediately after the session.

The booking fee is non-refundable, as it covers preparation and reservation of your date. Sessions may be rescheduled up to two times, subject to availability, provided at least 72 hours’ notice is given.

If a new date is not arranged within six months of the original booking, the booking fee expires.

If I am unable to carry out the session due to illness, accident or other unforeseen circumstances, I will either reschedule your session or refund the booking fee in full.

Locations

I’m based in North Tenerife, where most of my sessions take place.

Sessions in South Tenerife include a €30 travel fee.

If you have another location in mind, I’m always happy to discuss it.

During the Session

Sessions usually last around 1–1.5 hours. Rather than working to a strict schedule, I prefer each session to unfold naturally, allowing us to create relaxed and genuine photographs.

If you arrive late, this time will be deducted from your session.

A no-show without prior notice is considered a cancellation.

If you plan to bring additional people who are not participating in the session, please let me know in advance. Their presence or involvement may influence the flow of the session and cannot be considered grounds for a refund or complimentary reshoot.

Editing & Delivery

Every gallery is carefully selected and edited in my signature style.

The photographer selects the final images included in the gallery.

RAW (unedited) files are not provided.

Natural retouching is included. I remove temporary imperfections such as blemishes or scratches while preserving your natural appearance. I do not alter body shape or facial features.

Digital Sessions are delivered within approximately 2–3 weeks.

Signature Sessions, which include 35mm film, are delivered within approximately 3–4 weeks.

Your gallery will remain available for download for three months after delivery. Please ensure you download and safely store your photographs during this time.

Signature Sessions

Signature Sessions combine digital photography with authentic 35mm film.

The film is professionally developed and scanned after your session before being included in your final gallery as high-resolution digital images.

As film is an analogue medium, each frame is unique and may naturally include grain, subtle colour variation and other characteristics that are part of its timeless look.

Artistic Style

By booking a session, you confirm that you are familiar with my portfolio and editing style.

Photography is an artistic service, and final images are delivered according to my creative vision and editing approach. Requests to re-edit images in a different style are not accepted.

Portfolio & Privacy

Unless requested otherwise before the session, I may use selected photographs on my website, portfolio and social media.

If you prefer a completely private session, simply let me know before booking. There is no additional fee for confidentiality.

Responsibility

Photography is a collaborative process. The final result depends on many factors, including weather, lighting, location and the participation of everyone involved during the session.

While every reasonable care is taken to safely capture, process and store your photographs, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, my liability is limited to the total amount paid for the session.

Copyright

Copyright of all photographs remains with the photographer.

Clients receive a personal, non-commercial licence to download, print and share their photographs for personal use.

Images may not be sold, edited, altered or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
