Before You Book:

• Your session date is confirmed once a €100 booking fee has been received. The remaining balance is due immediately after the session.

• The booking fee is non-refundable, as it covers preparation and reservation of your date. Your session may be rescheduled up to two times, subject to availability, if requested at least 72 hours before the session. If a new date is not arranged within 6 months, the booking fee expires.

• In the event of illness, accident or other circumstances beyond my control, I reserve the right to reschedule the session or refund the booking fee in full.

• After booking, you’ll receive my Preparation Guide with everything you need to prepare for your session.

• I’m based in North Tenerife. Sessions in South Tenerife include a €30 travel fee.

• Every gallery is carefully curated and edited in my signature style. RAW files are not provided.

• Natural retouching is included. I remove temporary imperfections while keeping you looking like yourself. And I do not alter body shape or facial features.

• By booking a session, you confirm that you’re familiar with my portfolio and editing style. The selection of final images is made by the photographer and is not subject to re-editing.

• Unless requested otherwise before the session, I may use selected photographs for my portfolio, website and social media. If you’d prefer a completely private session, simply let me know before booking—there is no additional charge.

• If you arrive late, this time will be deducted from your session. A no-show without prior notice is considered a cancellation.

• Your photographs will be delivered in a private online gallery. Digital galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Signature Sessions (including film) are delivered within 3–4 weeks.

• Your gallery will remain available for 3 months. Please download and safely store your photographs during this time.

• While every effort is made to safely capture and store your images, in the unlikely event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond my control, my liability is limited to the total amount paid for the session.
