I absolutely adore film for its timeless look—the kind you’ll find in your parents’ or grandparents’ photo albums.

Film is known for its rich colors, soft grain, and depth that feels warm and nostalgic. Unlike digital, film slows us down. Every shot is intentional and with purpose, giving your memories a lived-in, loving look.

After each session, I send your film to a professional high-quality lab for development and scanning. This ensures the very best results. You’ll receive your images as carefully digitalized film scans—ready to view, print, share, and treasure.

Yes. For some projects on request

I recommend simple, comfortable clothing in natural or muted tones. I believe that the more comfortable you feel, the better the photos will turn out, so wear whatever makes you feel good.

Avoid heavy logos or very trendy pieces that might date quickly. Think about timelessness—clothes you’ll love to see in photos years from now. I would suggest that you don't wear too many patterns and perhaps think about adding different clothing textures.

1. Connection — We begin by chatting about your vision and ideas, and choosing whether to shoot in your home or outdoors.

2. Session Day — On the day, we take it slow—moving with the light, the mood, and your natural rhythm. Each roll of film has ~36 frames, so every photograph is considered and meaningful.

3. Developing — After your session, I send your rolls to the lab for careful developing and scanning.

4. Final Touches — Once I receive the scans back, I add gentle adjustments before delivering your online gallery.

The regular size is about 3300 x 4950 pixels and it’s meant to be printed on 40x60cm, which usually covers all the needs.

Since it’s a film, it will contain natural grain.

Film takes a little longer than digital because it has to be shipped, developed and scanned by the lab. Usually, you’ll receive your final gallery within 3–5 weeks after our session. I will keep you updated.

I’m based on Fuerteventura, Canary Islands and most of my sessions take place in natural settings like beaches, dunes, or small villages. I also love photographing at people’s homes for a more personal and intimate feel.

Don’t worry—almost everyone feels that way! I guide gently with small prompts and directions, so you’ll never feel lost. You don’t need to “perform.” The goal is to create calm, heartfelt photographs, not to act like models.

Not always—and that’s completely fine. Film is a beautiful medium, but it isn’t meant to capture every single moment. Each roll is limited, and that’s part of its charm. Some situations—like faster movement, tricky light, or moments that call for flexibility—are better captured digitally.

For some projects—like retreat coverage, events, or content creation—I may recommend a primarily digital approach. These are custom services, and we’ll discuss details together to make sure the medium fits your vision.

For clients staying in the south of the island who prefer not to travel north for the session.
Since I’m based in the north, this covers my travel time and expenses to meet you in the south (Costa Calma, Morro Jable, etc.).
